Cardinal Construction Services is led by a team that combines decades of hands-on construction expertise with institutional real estate and finance discipline. Our leadership has collectively overseen billions of dollars in acquisitions and construction across the country, spanning ground-up development, large-scale multifamily renovation, and commercial redevelopment. That depth allows us to approach every project with an owner’s mindset, aligning budgets, schedules, and execution to protect capital and deliver consistent results. From preconstruction through closeout, the team brings the rigor of an investment platform and the accountability of a builder to each engagement.

Jordan Rymer

Jordan Rymer

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rymer serves as CEO of CCS and Cardinal Residential Ventures. Throughout his career, he has acquired more than $3.5 billion in real estate assets across the Southeastern United States and completed over $350 million in construction projects spanning seven states. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University (SMU), where he earned a degree in Economics.
Zach Bryan

Zach Bryan

President

Mr. Bryan is the President of CCS, CIO of Cardinal Residential Ventures and leads investments for CCS's affiliate Cardinal Capital Partners, where he is responsible for implementing the firm's investment strategy by sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities. Cardinal Capital Partners is an operating affiliate of an SEC-regulated Exempt Reporting Advisor and currently manages 82 investments on behalf of 460+ investors, with the valuation of these investments exceeding $12 billion. Prior to joining Cardinal, Mr. Bryan worked at Holiday Fenoglio Fowler on the equity investment sales team and was involved in the underwriting of $2 billion in transactions. Prior experience includes The Irvine Company and Westfield Corporation. Mr. Bryan received a Master's Degree in Finance from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a BBA with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
Desiree Oujesky, CPA

Desiree Oujesky, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Oujesky brings over two decades of experience, encompassing leadership roles in both public accounting and corporate finance, with a specialized focus on the construction industry. She has extensive qualifications in large-scale system implementations and upgrades, including setting up and maintaining accounting systems for construction projects. Ms. Oujesky was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of LURIN and brings a wealth of experience in accounting, financial management, budgeting, risk management, and internal/external audit compliance. Ms. Oujesky holds a B.S. in Accounting from Lake Superior State University.
Victor Escobedo

Victor Escobedo

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Escobedo joined Cardinal in 2021, overseeing asset management and debt sourcing/structuring as well as project management oversight for CCS. Previously, at LURIN, he was part of the Acquisitions and Capital Markets team, handling $800M in multifamily real estate. He managed due diligence, coordinated with lenders, legal teams, and equity partners, and prepared closing statements. His prior experience includes Icon Urban Group and Roscoe Properties. Mr. Escobedo received an MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and holds a BBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Texas San Antonio.

James Jimenez

James Jimenez

President, Commercial Construction & Development

Mr. Jimenez joined Cardinal Construction Services in January 2025 and leads the firm's day-to-day construction management activities. Prior to Cardinal, Mr. Jimenez spent his career at Joeris General Contractors, a prominent developer in Texas with more than $4 billion in commercial construction completed since the company's inception in 1967. Mr. Jimenez began his career with the firm as an estimator and has elevated through the ranks to his current position managing commercial and industrial development projects. Mr. Jimenez holds an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business and a B.S. in Construction Management from Texas A&M University.
Josh Hansen

Josh Hansen

Project Manager, Commercial Division

Mr. Hanson joined Cardinal Construction Services in 2026 as a Project Manager, where he oversees the execution of commercial and industrial development projects. Prior to Cardinal, Mr. Hanson spent his career at Joeris General Contractors, a prominent developer in Texas with more than $4 billion in commercial construction completed since the company's inception in 1967. He began with the firm as a project engineer and elevated through the ranks to project manager, building deep field and project management experience across the Dallas-Fort Worth market. Mr. Hanson holds a B.S. in Construction Science, with a minor in Business, from Texas A&M University.
Caleb Christensen

Caleb Christensen

Superintendent, Commercial Division

Mr. Christensen brings over 15 years of commercial construction experience to his role as Superintendent. He most recently served at Joeris General Contractors, where he led ground-up construction of HEB grocery stores and associated site work on projects valued up to $43 million. Prior to Joeris, Mr. Christensen held superintendent positions at North Texas Contractors, FA Pienado, and Muckleroy & Falls, where he began his career as a laborer and progressed through the ranks to lead projects up to $150 million. His project portfolio spans grocery store developments, tilt-wall industrial buildings up to 900,000 square feet, structural concrete packages, educational facilities, hospitality renovations, and large-scale site packages up to 250 acres. Mr. Christensen holds OSHA 30, Aerial Lift/Fall Protection, and Forklift certifications.

Kirk Dobson

Kirk Dobson

President, Residential

Mr. Dobson has over 42 years of construction experience and has been with Cardinal Construction Services since 2023, overseeing the firm's multifamily and commercial projects in Texas and Florida. Mr. Dobson began his career as a General Foreman and Field Engineer before becoming a Superintendent for various construction firms across the United States, overseeing residential and commercial projects surpassing $250 million of projects. Mr. Dobson has extensive experience in working directly with owners to manage the construction timeline and project costs to deliver accurate budgets and consistent results.
