As the exclusive construction management partner of FLEXD Development, Cardinal Construction Services is delivering FLEXD Keller, a six-building, Class A flex-industrial business park at 777 Chisholm Trail in Keller, Texas. The project brings a modern, amenity-rich alternative to the market, with buildings engineered for modular reconfiguration to accommodate tenants ranging from 3,500 to 20,000 square feet across a wide mix of uses.

CCS is responsible for full construction delivery, translating FLEXD’s design concept into a best-in-class asset built on budget and on schedule. Working alongside Kimley-Horn and Azimuth Architecture, and supported by a vetted network of trade partners, CCS pairs institutional execution with the higher-end quality that distinguishes the FLEXD brand — helping establish one of the first branded flex-industrial products in the North Texas market.

The development features curated outdoor amenity spaces including a central sculpture garden, shaded courtyards, bocce and cornhole areas, and tenant-facing gathering zones that set FLEXD Keller apart from conventional industrial product. CCS manages all site work, structural systems, building envelope, MEP coordination, and finish-out to deliver a park that performs for tenants and for the investment.
