As the exclusive construction management partner of FLEXD Development, Cardinal Construction Services is delivering FLEXD Sherman — a five-building, Class A flex-industrial business park located along Highway 56 and Friendship Road in Sherman, Texas. The project brings a modern, amenity-rich alternative to one of North Texas’s fastest-growing markets, with buildings ranging from 23,200 to 33,000 square feet and engineered for modular reconfiguration to accommodate tenants from 3,500 up to 20,000 square feet across a wide mix of uses.

CCS is responsible for full construction delivery, translating FLEXD’s design concept into a best-in-class asset built on budget and on schedule.
