Meadow Brook Preserve

Cardinal Construction Services led the value-add renovation of Meadow Brook Preserve, a 268-unit multifamily community in Naples, Florida. As construction manager, CCS executed a comprehensive repositioning program spanning full interior renovations across all units, alongside exterior amenity upgrades and a complete clubhouse renovation, elevating the asset’s competitive position and resident experience.

The scope reflects CCS’s core discipline: controlling and managing multifamily construction internally on behalf of ownership, from contractor management and project draws to critical-date tracking and delivery. Drawing on a leadership team that has overseen and completed over $500 million in construction projects, CCS paired institutional-quality oversight with hands-on execution to deliver a durable, well-amenitized product on budget and on schedule.

The renovated community features updated unit interiors with new flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures throughout, alongside a fully reimagined clubhouse with resort-style lounge and kitchen, a refreshed pool and outdoor amenity deck, and upgraded landscaping and exterior finishes — all delivered while the community remained occupied and operational.
