The Lennox

Cardinal Construction Services served as construction manager for the renovation of The Lennox, a 936-unit multifamily community in Fort Myers, Florida, one of the larger repositioning programs in the CCS portfolio by unit count. Managing a project of this scale required disciplined phasing and sequencing to keep work moving across hundreds of units while minimizing disruption to occupied residents and preserving in-place cash flow throughout the renovation.

CCS handled the full construction process end to end, coordinating with the GC on the subcontractor base, administering project draws, and tracking critical milestones to keep the program on schedule and within budget. The result reflects the firm’s ability to bring institutional-grade project controls and accounting rigor to large-scale multifamily execution, the kind of operational depth that distinguishes CCS on complex, high-unit-count assignments.
